What we see

The shoulder trades stability for range of motion, which makes it vulnerable when load ramps up: steep climbing, heavy pressing, or a new throwing season.

How we approach it

Test, don’t guess.
Strength, range of motion, and how the shoulder blade and thoracic spine are contributing.

Restore motion.
Manual therapy and dry needling to reduce pain and guarding.

Build capacity.
Progressive rotator cuff and upper-body strength until overhead and hanging positions feel strong again.
