Why the same running injury keeps coming back

Most running injuries start when training ramps up faster than your body can adapt. Rest quiets the pain, but it doesn’t build the capacity to handle that mileage again, so the pain often returns as the miles climb.

How you get back to full mileage

Find what’s driving the pain. Christian goes through your training log, then tests your strength and watches how you move.

Keep running while you heal. When possible, you adjust your mileage and intensity so the injured tissue settles while you stay on your feet.

Build legs that hold up. Heavy, targeted strength work prepares your tendons and bones to handle more load.

Refine your stride in the Running Gait Analysis. Video analysis shows where you can run more efficiently and land with less impact.

Running gait analysis

A session for beginner to intermediate runners and anyone training for a 5K or 10K who wants clear, simple coaching rather than a long list of fixes.

Christian goes through your running history and tests your mobility, strength, balance and jumping. Then he films you on the treadmill at an easy pace, from behind, the side and the front, in slow motion, and checks your cadence. You look at the footage together, pick one or two cues, and film again to see the difference.

Afterward you get a personal running playbook with the cues from your session, and a short video commentary on your before-and-after footage.
