The barbell can be part of your rehab

“Just stop lifting” costs you strength you spent months building. Christian adjusts your training so you keep making progress while the injury heals. He lifts too, and he builds every rehab plan on the same strength and conditioning principles you’d use to write a training block.

How Christian keeps you training

Stay under the bar. Christian swaps exercises and changes loads and ranges of motion, so you keep training everything the injury allows.

Fix the weak link. Christian looks for what set up the injury, whether that’s limited mobility, weakness in a specific position, or a technique fault, and builds the fix into your program.

Build back to heavy. You follow a clear progression back to your previous numbers, then keep building from there.
