Who runs this site
This website belongs to Revenant Athletics, Christian Jorns’s physical therapy and strength practice in Portland, Maine. Questions about this policy go to christian@revenantathletics.com.
Messages you send
The contact form asks for your name and email address, and you can add a phone number and a message. Framer, the company that hosts this website, passes what you send to Christian by email. He uses it to answer you and to arrange your visits. Revenant Athletics doesn’t sell personal information or share it for advertising.
Please leave medical details out of the form. Christian will go over your injury and history with you at your first session.
Booking
The booking buttons open a scheduling page run by another company. What you enter there is covered by that company’s own privacy policy.
Visits to the site
Framer counts visits without cookies. It records which pages are viewed and which site sent you here, and it can’t link one day’s visit to the next.
The site also uses Google Analytics, which places cookies in your browser so it can tell new visitors from returning ones. It reports which pages were viewed, roughly where visitors are, what device and browser they used, and how they found the site.
Google handles this information under its privacy policy. You can stop Google Analytics from counting your visits with Google’s opt-out add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.
Your information
To see or delete what you’ve sent through this website, email christian@revenantathletics.com.
Children
This website isn’t meant for children under 13, and Revenant Athletics doesn’t knowingly collect their information.
