A full hour with me, every session
I use manual therapy, dry needling and coaching in the same visit, choosing whatever mix your injury needs that day. All of it is included in your session, with no add-on fees.

Physical therapy
A full hour, one-on-one, with a board-certified orthopedic specialist. We find the root cause, start treating it on day one, and build the plan that gets you back.
A full 60 minutes one-on-one, every session
Manual therapy and dry needling at no extra charge
One flat rate of $175, with no surprise bills

Dry needling
Dry needling involves thin, sterile needles placed into overactive muscle to calm pain, reduce guarding, and open a window for better movement.
Needling included when needed, at no extra charge
Electrical stimulation added when your case calls for it
Treatment from me, Christian Jorns, PT, DPT, OCS, board-certified in orthopedics

Manual therapy
Spinal manipulation, joint mobilization, and soft-tissue work to calm a painful area and restore range of motion, followed by the exercise that keeps it that way.
Spinal manipulation and joint mobilization
Deep tissue and soft-tissue mobilization
Corrective exercise to load your new range
No added fee on top of your PT session

Exercise coaching
Strength programming from a clinician who understands injury. Build a durable body for climbing, running, lifting, or whatever you train for, in person or remote.

Video running analysis for runners
Custom 4-week blocks in TrainHeroic, with monthly check-ins
Sessions in person at EVO Rock + Fitness or by live video
What you can expect
Phase I: Deconstruction
Settle the Pain.
In Phase I, we help your body ease its way out of survival mode. I’ll use targeted manual therapy, dry needling, spinal manipulation, deep tissue mobilization, and whatever else you need to quiet the alarm system and restore baseline mobility.
Phase II: Integration
Move better.
As your nervous system calms and baseline mobility returns, we get you back into movement. I break foundational mechanics down to their core components and help get you back into action as soon as we can.
Phase III: Transmutation
Rugged, enduring capacity.
We’ll use strength training, mechanical load, sports-specific skills, and whatever else you need to help your tissues adapt, thicken, and harden against future injury. You leave this phase no longer a patient, but an athlete with complete independence over your physical health.
